I started in lean manufacturing, where I helped cut lead time in half and double production capacity in six months. Then I spent seven years as a senior PM at a consumer products supplier, helping lead the product programs behind $50M in revenue growth and a five-plant SKU rationalization. After that I ran an enterprise ERP implementation touching 70+ IT and financial systems, working directly with the C-suite to deliver several million dollars in annual savings.
Most recently I've led IT modernization and AI initiatives, including launching a SaaS platform from concept to 300+ users in 60 days and raising development throughput 40% with an Agile team I built.
